How can I arrange a transfer?
You can arrange it through our website by filling out our on-line ordering form. We confirm the orders in e-mail, after it has been received. You can also order it by phone.
How much ahead of time, before my trip I need to place the order?
Since our company works with a 72 hours ordering deadline, any transportation request within that time can only be accepted and carried out in accordance to other passengers on the same day, so it is recommended to reserve the transfer 72 hours before the journey.
How can I make sure that my transfer have been registered?
Please note that reservations made online are usually confirmed within 2 hours during working hours. Passengers are informed in a text message about the exact pickup time the day before the journey between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. This information can be provided to any email address upon request. If a passenger does not get any notification regarding the pickup details, should call No. +36 20/5-666-555 for further investigation.
Could I pay at the driver ?
Yes of course, if you are not able to complete the payment in advance you can also pay at the driver if you wish.
If I pay at the driver could I ask for an invoice?
Yes, but please indicate your billing name and address upon placing the order.
If I order an airport transfer where will I be picked up?
The aim of our service is to transport the passengers and their luggage door-to-door, thus our vehicle will go to the most appropriate address defined by the passenger.
On the day of the journey when do I be picked up?
The exact pick-up time for each passenger is calcaulated only one day before their trip. We are sending it in a message to the phone number they provided, between 4 pm and 7 pm. If you don’t receive it until 7 pm, please call our customer service.
How can I find the minibus at the airport?
The day before the journey we inform our passengers in a text message to the telephone, about which minibus to look for at the airport. In case you do not receive the message please call our customer service.
We always pick up our passengers next to the middle sidewalk in front of terminals 2/A or 2/B of Budapest Liszt Ferenc Airport.
Passengers are informed in a text message about the pickup time and details the day before the journey between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. This information can be provided to any email address upon request.
Am I insured in case of an accident?
Our vehicles have both passenger and luggage insurance.
What should I do if my flight is delayed or arrives late?
As soon as you’re informed about this fact, please contact the customer service, so we can make the necessary arrangements.
If my flight arrives late, do the car waits for me?
If the other passengers waiting time does not exceed 90 minutes, the vehicle will wait for you. If it would be more, than we will seat you in our next vehicle.
How long does a journey last?
From the county centers the journey in winter lasts 3 hours while in summer it is 2,5 hours.
Do you provide service to destinations other than the airport?
Yes, please call our customer service for price negotiation.
Can I ask for a child seat?
Of course, we can supply baby carrier, child seat or even a booster seat. Please indicate this request in your order.
With my further complaint to whom could I apply for?
With your complaint feel free to contact the manager. You can write an e-mail addressed to the manager or you can call our customer service and ask for the manager.
